About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, versatile Full-Stack Developer to join our core engineering team. Because we operate multiple product and service streams, you will not be siloed into a single mundane task. You will be instrumental in building diverse, real-world systems—from heavy data ingestion pipelines and cloud infrastructure to responsive, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Architect, build, and maintain full-stack web applications and SaaS products using React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Database Architecture: Design relational data models, manage queries, and implement secure Row Level Security (RLS) policies using PostgreSQL (Supabase) and TimescaleDB.
- Cloud & Backend Integration: Develop robust REST APIs, manage serverless functions, and interact with cloud infrastructure (AWS S3, ECS, Lambda).
- Cross-Project Agility: Seamlessly transition between developing internal proprietary products (like AI voice agent dashboards and POS systems) and executing specialized client projects.
- Technical Leadership: Write clean, scalable, well-documented code, participate in code reviews, and help mentor junior developers or interns.
- Quality & Security: Implement best practices for security, data isolation, and performance optimization across all applications.
Requirements & Qualifications (Technical)
- 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Next.js/Vite), and Tailwind CSS.
- Robust backend experience with Node.js and API development.
- Strong SQL fundamentals with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL (Supabase experience is a major plus).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred) and modern deployment workflows (Git, CI/CD).
- Bonus: Experience with Python (for AI integrations), raw TCP/UDP socket programming, or IoT hardware integration.

- Salary Range: 100,000 – 125,000 PKR / month
